Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rice

This was the first meal in our "Paleo Plus Rice" line for those of you who toe the line now and then. We season the chicken leg with Nick's Lemon Pepper Love Spice Blend and dish it up over cilantro lime rice with roasted bell peppers. Yeah, it’s as good as it sounds.
