Huli Huli means "turn turn" in Hawaiian. Huli chicken is traditional cooked over a rotisserie, where it "turns" over charcoal or an open wood fire. We marinate boneless skinless chicken thighs in organic tomato, coconut aminos, fresh ginger and garlic and then turn it around in our smokers with a hint of oak smoke. We pair it with a roasted pineapple spear and Jasmine Rice for one of the world's greatest meal prep offerings.
